Hotel Desk Clerks should be able to work with others. They need communication and problem solving skills.

If you are interested in a job as a Hotel Desk Clerk, you should be able to assist the following customers.

 

Setting: The Sandy Beach Hotel is hosting a convention. Five rooms are still vacant: 220, 225, 228, 521, and 580.

Even numbered rooms face the ocean.

 

Customers:

1. Ms. Smith wants to be facing the courtyard.

2. Mrs. Brown does not want to be on the same floor as Ms. Smith.

3. Mr. Jackson and Mr. Clark want an ocean view on the same floor.

4. Mrs. Monroe wants a courtyard view near Mrs. Brown.
